Hydranautics SWC6-MAX-CR Reverse Osmosis Membrane 8" x 40" (High Flow)
SWC6 are the lowest feed pressure membranes offering low energy consumption. They are preferred when the seawater feed temperature is lower which requires high feed pressures. SWC6 membranes result in low energy consumption and lower treatment costs.
The MAX models have a 440 ft2 (40.9 m2) active membrane surface area. They provide excellent performance with high TDS and boron removal from warm waters. Offers the highest productivity and salt rejection rates in the industry combined with the optimized flow, low fouling and low energy consumption.
Mainly used in seawater desalination and high TDS industrial waste water treatment applications, including conventional and hybrid designs. (Note: SWC6-MAX-CR element is more robust and resistant to chlorine, making it a better choice for more challenging water treatment applications)
